STEPS TO FOLLOW WHILE SUBMITTING ENUMERATION FORM ONLINE
PREREQUISITE FOR SUBMITTING EF ONLINE
1. To fill the enumeration form online your mobile number should
be linked to your voter ID. If not, you need to fill form 8 to update
the same (this will instantly update your Mobile Number to EPIC)
2. Please ensure that your name on EPIC exactly matches your
name on Aadhaar card.
Step 1
Users have to Login (if already Registered ) or Sign Up to
Register on the Voters Portal https://voters.eci.gov.in
Search for the following buttons on user Dashboard
a. Search Your Name in Voter List (Arrow Marked in Blue
below )
b. Search Your Name in Last SIR (if available) or
Mother's/Father's/ Grandfather's / Grandmother's Name
in Last SIR (Arrow Marked in Red below)
Step 2
Searching Elector Name in Last SIR
a. Select State, District, Assembly Constituency and Polling
station to view the Electoral Roll of Last SIR,
b. Search Your Name in Last SIR (if available) or
Mother/Father’s Name in Last SIR
You can view the Electoral Roll of Last SIR 2002 on this URL
OR
Search for your entry in the last SIR 2002 Roll at
Step 3
Submitting the Enumeration Form
a. Click on the button ‘Fill Enumeration Form’ which will
direct you to the Online Submission for EF by Elector page.
a. Select your ‘state’ and Enter your EPIC number and
click on the search button.
Step 4
Fetching the Pre-filled EF Form
a. On click of Search Button a pre-filled EF form will be
displayed
a. Please enter your 10-digit Mobile Number
linked to your EPIC and click on Send OTP
button.
Upon verifying the OTP the user will be notified
to select one of the three options :

MAPPING YOUR ELECTOR DETAILS WITH LAST SIR
a. The page will display three options to select from :
1.My name exists in Electoral Roll in the Last SIR
2.My parents Name (mother, father, grandfather and
grandmother) exists in the electoral roll of last SIR
3.Neither my name nor my parents name exists in the
electoral roll of last SIR
Upon selection of the above choice, the user will
get an option to enter details of last SIR of either
himself or his parents or grandparents details
KINDLY NOTE: PHOTO UPLOAD IS NON MANDATORY IN ABOVE STEP.
ENTER THE ABOVE DETAILS AND PREVIEW YOUR FORM. CONFIRM
THAT ALL DETAILS PROVIDED ARE CORRECT AND THEN CLICK ON
SUBMIT BUTTON TO PROCEED FURTHER FOR E-SIGNING YOUR
APPLICATION USING AADHAR ESIGN. ENSURE YOU HAVE YOUR
AADHAR NO HANDY AT THIS STAGE.
Step 5
AADHAR E-SIGN
Once the user clicks the Submit button, he/she will be
redirected to ‘Aadhar E-sign page’
User will be required to enter Aadhar number and
generate OTP. upon verification of OTP the user will be
shown the below screen for successful submission of the
Enumeration Form.
